The Rotary Club of Salem is thrilled to announce that the Gilbert House Children’s Museum has been awarded the 2021/2022 Good Works Large Grant. The $60,000 in funding will be used to install a new play area.  Learn more here: Rotary Good Works Award 2021.

This year’s selection process was very competitive.  Twenty-two highly qualified nonprofit organizations from across the community applied for funding, with a total amount requested of $1,023,332.  Multiple applicants requested the full $60,000; however, several applicants requested less with the smallest request at $4,250.

The project must be completed and funds utilized by June 30, 2023.
