Although we were unable to find a host family for the Cyprus Friendship Program teens this summer, the club’s Peace Committee continued to support the program’s efforts. Below is a recent update:
We in the Cyprus Friendship Program are happy to see a growing groundswell of citizens seeking a peaceful solution to the divide in Cyprus. Peace talks have begun again and the leaders of both sides are publicly inspiring hope.
