It’s been a huge week in the life of our Club. At last week’s luncheon meeting we welcomed Lavaud Cheristin, his wife, and his colleague Robert Sylvestre from Haiti. We learned how the power of Rotary – plus the inspiration of several dedicated Rotarians – is making a difference in the world….About 10 of us showed up at the HOME Youth Resource Center to help them paint the interior of their large old house. Some of the same Rotarians showed up for each project. What a hardworking group! These hands-on projects are part good works, and part fellowship…
