September 27th: Navy Week- Rear Admiral Mike Brown, America’s Advantage at Sea
Rear Admiral Brown will be giving a short history of the genesis of the Navy, an overview of current operations, the importance and benefits of a strong Navy to communities, and the challenges facing the service. Rear Admiral Brown will incorporate part of his own personal story and career in the Navy, and will talk about the importance of organizational leadership and service.
His visit to Salem Rotary coincides with Willamette Valley Navy Week, happening September 25 – October 1, 2023.
