Honoring our Native Peoples
Greetings, Fellow Rotarians!
Thank you all for being part of our meeting last week in which we were treated to an extraordinary concert featuring Orn, Karl and Linda. Their talent, skill and meticulous preparation were on full display as they brought Bach, Brahms and Mozart to life. It was truly unforgettable. Thank you again, Linda, Orn and Karl!
This week we will turn our attention to our friends and partners of Chemawa, the oldest continually operating Native boarding school in the US. As Rotarians, together we can honor our shared history, learn about Chemawa in the here and now, and work alongside each other to create a future full of opportunities for our youngest members of local and regional tribes.
Thank you for making this week’s meeting a priority! I look forward to seeing you Wednesday!
Yours in Rotary Service,
Kindly,
