The Rotary Club of Salem invites educators & non-profit organizations to apply for their 2024 Literacy Grants.

Funds are available for smaller projects or existing programs that promote increased literacy and/or reading skills for children and the community within Salem and Marion and Polk Counties.  

We are accepting applications for projects ranging from $500 to $2500.  Applications must be received by no later than 6:00PM, Friday, November 1, 2024.

Examples of purposes for which grants are typically made include augmenting existing libraries, purchase of native and/or non-native language focused books, literacy-focused events and equipment or supplies for literacy development.
