July 27: Oregon’s Illustrious Lobbyist – Ozzie Rose
Take a “peek behind the curtain” as fellow Rotarian Ozzie Rose talks about his almost 50-year career lobbying the Oregon Legislature. Currently, the dean of Oregon lobbyists, Ozzie will describe the changes he has observed in five decades of working with lawmakers as well as talk about the things that haven’t changed. Ozzie’s program presents a great opportunity to gain insight into a profession that is foreign to most people.
