10/07/26 – Tom Fohn, Executive Director, Elsinore Theatre

We are pleased to welcome a leader who has been a driving force in the Pacific Northwest’s live entertainment industry since 1994.

Over the past three decades, Tom has produced a diverse array of events, ranging from fairs and festivals, concert series and high-profile corporate entertainment.

With a keen eye for emerging talent, he holds the distinct privilege of having booked the very first Pacific Northwest performances for iconic artists such as NSYNC, The Dixie Chicks, Sugarland, Britney Spears, and Toby Keith.

As the founder of Northwest Events & Marketing, his firm provides strategic consulting to businesses and municipalities nationwide, helping them maximize the impact and value of their entertainment budgets.

After dedicating several years of service as a member of their Board of Directors, he stepped into a pivotal new leadership position.

President’s Message

Happy Tuesday Rotarians,

October and Polio month continues!

Did you know that wild poliovirus cases have decreased by over 99% since 1988? Of the three strains of wild poliovirus, both the type 1 and 2, have been eradicated, but poliovirus type 1 still remains. As of 2024, Pakistan and Afghanistan are the hold-out countries with this virus.

Vaccines are the only way to completely eradicate this body-maiming virus and Rotarians around the world are working toward this goal. How are you going to join the effort?

See you tomorrow,

President Elise Bauman
